Title: Folder sharing in TIVO
Post by: bigcuedaddy on May 30, 2005, 01:43:51 am
I have lots of Napster files that I listen to on the PC, that I havent purchased, just downloaded only. Those files cant be streamed on TIVO. Is there anyway of excluding those files or folders from the TIVO server?

There's quite a few alternatives.

Create a separate library not containing them (may not be convenient, since you have to use this library in Media Center).

Create a view scheme that does not include them, and always choose this view scheme on the TiVo.

Create a bunch of playlists/smartlists and use those on the TiVo.

I like your last option the best. Thanks John.
