Title: MC 11 - Creative Jukebox 3 - Memory could not be read
Post by: Steve C on May 31, 2005, 05:56:10 pm
Hi
I am running MC11 and i`m trying to connect my Creative Jukebox 3, It is connected by the firewire lead with the latest firmware & drivers from creative, I have downloaded and installed the Jukebox plug-in.

I get the following error message as soon as i turn on my jukebox, both, when in MC and if the Jukebox is turned on then I open MC.

the instruction at0x04630e13 referenced memory at 0x04672de the memory could not be read.

This then causes a shutdown on MC.

Any Ideas?

Go to Plugin Manager in MC and remove your Nomad plugin. Restart MC and let MC autodetect your Nomad and install the correct plugin.

Thanks for that Steve, One thing though, I also had to search for the file manually, hh_nomadjukebox.dll, and delete it as although uninstalling from plugin manager removed it from the list, I was still getting the same error.

When I restarted MC 11 and it autofound my player and installed a plugin, I then got the same error as before, I closed down MC restarted and it worked, showing my player in the tree structure, a strange thing though, the Plugin now states that i`m using a Dell handheld and not a nomad.......spooky !!

Thanks
