Title: What is included in a backup

I am getting curious to know what is in a backup and what not.
Is there a list available?

Examples:
Are DSP settings in? Are defined zones in? What Tools/Options are in?

Off course I could try all settings, but maybe there is a quicker way to find out what is in and what not.  ;)

Your option settings are NOT included, although i wish they were.
