still there is the borders in comboboxes, and streaming media is not working properly

This is a skin bug.  Combobox buttons do not support alpha.  Check the stock skins for how a combobox should work, and for the correct formatting of main.xml.

I've checked 'em all and all skins have those border

we must have an option to change the hover effect of the tabs because its a pain in the head when skinning because it destroys all colors one can choose in CustomTab_BorderRow.png file.

another thing, the area at the right of the library browser tabs uses the same lists background color, it would be great if we can change its color.

No new skinning features will be added to version 11.
