I run J River Media Center 10 on my laptop. I take my lap top to work. From time to time I will play Videos from my hard drive that are digitily protected. I have a licence from the company I got these files from to play them. in a week or two the licence disappears and I must take the computer home and reconnect to the internet to retrieve the licence. Is this a problem with J River or should I be contacting the place where I got the licence to play them?
