We're having a party and wanted to make home made lemonade. After a little experimenting, based on watching my mom make it when I was at eye level with the counter, here's a pretty good recipe:
2 1/2 whole lemons to one 1/2 orange (5 to 1)
3 parts water to one part juice
2 (+) heaping teaspoons sugar
makes 3 glasses

it's tasty :)
-
take maple syrup instead of sugar - it tastes much better
abd add some cayenne pepper to get hot

Ah cancer and brain damage in its easily consumable form! :)
Would this work with Splenda?

OMG! That's way too much artificial funk 30 total packets!!!!!
Try Stevia, it is a plant 300% sweeter than sugar & it's non-glycemic...my Dad who is a diabetic uses it. It's the type of thing they don't want to sell here in the States; a true "diet" sugar.

Would this work with Splenda?
yes
the reason for the mix is sweet and low adds the sweetness but nutra sweet allows it to taste more like sugar.
basicly to fool the taste buds
try it with a cup of coffee 1\2 packet of sweet and low and one packet of nutra sweet, or splenda.
