I upgraded my version of MC10 and then decided to try MC 11.
I downloaded MC 11 from your site, removed MC 10 and installed 11.
It stated the the 30 day trial was already over and I had the option to purchase (did not want to do that yet) or restore.
I thought.... since I removed 10, I needed to restore my LIC.
I restored my 10 lic and started MC 11.
Now MC 11 won't go past the "Purchase/restore" splash screen. When I click on "Tell me more" I am taken to a JRiver site, but the site shows:
"404 - Error Message
You've asked for a page that we can't find.
Please try one of these:"
Please help.

Hi Nick,
You must have installed MC11 at some point, maybe one of the earlier betas? The only suggestion I have is to try it on a different computer.
I'll fix the 404 page, thanks.

Rather not install on another PC, this is my test PC, thus why I installed 11 on it.
I have not installed 11 on it in the past (reimage).
How do I get 11 installed?
I would like to test and if all ok, upgrade for $18.
I have been a customer since 9.
Thanks,
Nick

Am I going to get any assistance in installing this so I can test?

I know it's hard when you want to try out something new, but please try to be patient, the forum members will try to help you but we're not all on here 24/7.
I'm not an expert, but based on past postings, I think at this point you may have to remove all traces of MC from your registry and then start over with first, the installation of MC 10 (and restoring the license), then continue with the installation of MC 11. You do not have to remove MC 10, 10 &11 can co-exist on the same computer, but only one instance can be run at a time.
Also, save a copy of your MC 10 backup data outside of the MC folder.
Check to make sure your system clock is set correctly.
That's all I can contribute for the moment, I'm sure someone with more expertise will chime in if you give them a chance. :)

Something has made MC think that the try out period is over. Since that is your test PC just format the HD and install a vanilla OS first. It should work. Check the computer clock before MC installation and don't change the time or the computer name afterwards. If you like MC11 you can buy the upgrade on your other PC.
In this thread I posted instructions for a clean MC11 upgrade:
