Title: JRiver ICON change

I was looking at the MC logo in my sig on another site and thought to myself, "MC should have something less like a Windows icon."

Maybe we could have a design contest. I think MC is so original it deserves something that makes people double-take. Nothing too gaudy but enough to say that Bill Gate$ posse did not author this software.

Thoughts? It just seems kind of bland, maybe the colors make the icon icon to somethin distribute with Windows.

I agree.  Let's face it MC is not well known or widely used compared with other popular players and I'm sure JR will want to address that so now would be a good time to do some work on making the whole marketing package look more proffessional starting with the logo.  I must admit that the website has definately improved lately.
