Title: MC 11 can't access CD drive under WinXP Limited User account

I'm using Windows XP Pro with SP2 and MC 11.0.303. I'm also using a Limited User account (ie. no admin privileges).

When trying to play songs from a CD, MC reports the following error:

Media Center encountered errors while trying to play the last several files.

Please make sure the path of your media library points to the right directory.

Both Windows Media Player 10 and iTunes 4.9 can successfully access and play songs from the CD.

Media Center can access the CD with problems when the account is elevated to Computer Administrator.

I have confirmed this behaviour on two computers.
