Title: mc11: thumbnails

Yet another thing I noticed is when there's a large list being displayed, thumbnail creation is very slow, like 3secs per thumb. Small lists are fast yet both cases are only creating the thumbs viewable on the screeen.

Is MC refreshing the lists all the time?  :dunno:

Connecting over a network?

There's an option to build all thumbnails.  It's under View settings, I think.
