The Help File States Under

Library Tools

YADB

Lookup Track Info from YADB, or submit Track Info to YADB. An internet connection is required.

This Option Now Seems To Be Missing, I Guess This Option Is Now Droped?

Ok, here is the reason i could not see it

If you select a MP3, and maybe select a Doc File or image, it is removed from the list.

False alarm
