Title: Theater View keeps focus

I've added a command to Theater View to show SageTV via the command "C:\Program Files\Frey Technologies\SageTV\SageTV.exe".  I have de-selected the option "Keep Focus" in Theater View options however Media Center remains on top. 

Specifically, when the "SageTV" button is pressed from Theater View, MC briefly switches to Standard View, SageTV opens, then MC Theater View returns. 

Any ideas on why MC remains on top?

I've experience similar behavior with Theater View
