Title: Error 3-0-65535
Post by: ouman28 on July 12, 2005, 02:16:23 pm
Running MC 11, on a P4, 3 ghz/1 gig ram PC.  When I go into a "Radio Station" playlist, I am getting the Error 3-0-65535.

For testing purpose, I made 2 seperate playlist 1)  PLS radio station in one and 2) a ASX station in the other.  Same error on both.  I can listen to them on the PC, but for some reason Tivo doesn't like it.    (I even turned off the Norton Firewall temp)

I have the "Always Convert to MP3" checked.  Also, I don't have any problems streaming MP3 files.

Any ideas?

Could be a few things, most likely that the format is not one we can convert to MP3. If you'll post the URL here, I'll take a look.

Thanks.

I get the same error when I browse any folder or playlist that has AAC protected files.  I am not trying to play them.  The TIVO connection to MC is lost and then regained, dumping me out to the main menu.  I understand that MC can't stream those files, but getting disconnected is very annoying.  This did not happen in MC10.  It just wouldn't be able to play those AAC files and would rapidly scroll to the next unprotected file.  Any hope of either making it work like MC10 or getting these protected files to be streamed?  (I know Apple is not playing nice with other vendors!)

Thanks
