Title: Archos JBMM20

Hi,

i've got the last version of Media Center (11.0.304) and i have a small problem with my Archos JBMM20.
I connect it with the firewire, i push the on button, the archos is now connected to my computer ( i can see it in the windows explorer).
But when i go to media center and i click on Handheld Player, i have the error message
"no handheld available .... 1)...  2)... 3)..."

Someone can help me?
Does i have to download a plugin to work with my archos?

Benjamin,

Does your Archos appear to your PC as a fixed drive? If so, go to Tools->Options->Handheld and browse to it using the 'Configure remote and fixed drive' option. Name the device and then you will see it in the MC tree.
