I think I got confused in the process of purchasing the MC11 upgrade. At least I'm confused now....
I went through the purchase process, got an email with a new registration number, but when I entered into MC11, I got a message saying it didn't work in MC11, do I want to purchase now? Figured I'd done something wrong, so went through the purchase process again- but got a message back saying I had successfully purchased the same item within the last 30 minutes!
What the heck is going on? I've been a paid-up user of MC since before it was MC. Can someone check on this for me and email the proper reg # or further instructions? Thanks.

the code is for the restore page, to get a key (to activate)
you should have gotten a e-mail, the key should be attached, if i remember correctly

Goto https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi and enter your registration number. You can download your activation file from here and they will also send an email with it attached.
If I remember it correctly you should be able to double click the file to activate MC. If not start MC and goto Help > Purchase.
The activation file is good for 14 days. :)

Make sure you have the latest version of MC11.

I'm pretty sure I have the latest MC11, since I downloaded following the link in the thread above.
I looked again at the registration email, and it seems that somehow I (re)bought version 10! Since I was following the link in 11, I didn't expect to do that.
If you could possibly cancel that transaction, I will try following the upgrade link again to see if I can properly buy and upgrade to 11. Thank you.
