Title: Application Errors when importing media files

Hi ALL,

Recently, I cleared my media library and tried importing a newer library. But everytime I do this I get a "Application Memory Error" and I have to either canel or debug it.

I'm really getting angry because I can't import any MP3s into library anymore. I have unloaded/reloaded MC10 but no luck. I thinking about reloading Music Match back on my system.

Would appreciate any help...

We are happy to help, but we need a bit more information, please goto Help>system info (automatically copied to clipboard) and paste it your next post.

Did you backup your library before you cleared it? If so, have you tried to restore the library from File>Library Restore ?

Have you had MC10 & 11 installed at the same time and if so, did you use your MC10 library backup to install a library in MC11?

Have you changed anything with your drives like drive letters, locations etc.?

you prob have some bad MP3's

MC11 maybe better and may not crash

or you can try to remove some of the ones that make it crash.
