I have a problem with clicks and pops at approx. 10 sec intervals.
An interesting point is that win media player can play the same files without the noise. This leads me to believe that the problem lies with MC.
There are no DSP plugins except for the (default?) MC dsp plug.
Any suggestions? I would like to clear this problem before I purchase MC...

Try a google search for this problem. There are many causes. Via chipsets, sound card drivers, etc.

Updating the audiodriver (realtek 97 audio) seems to have fixed the problem.
How can this be ? Is MC dependent on some codec API version ?!
(Both WMP and MediaJukebox worked on the previous driver version)
