Title: Install Wizard does not start

When I run "MediaCenter11.exe" (downloaded 11.309 version) Media Center Setup appears and... disappears - just nothing happens. I had to unRAR the *.exe file manually and then run the "InstallWizard.exe" manually as well...
Does anybody know why this happens?
