I just downloaded Media Jukebox because I saw that you recently added a plugin for the Rio 300 MP3 player. I really like Media Jukebox, but the plugin for Rio 300 MP3 isn't working. I can install any other plugin just fine, but the Rio 300 one never shows up being installed after it's downloaded.

I've had the same problem with the newer RIO 300 plugins (last 2). Get message that it's installed but don't see it on my CD, DVD, & Handhelds list.

Sorry about that, there was a problem with the installation script that is now fixed. Try downloading again and please let me know if everything is not working.
Thanks,
Steve

Well it got a bit further :) But it still doesn't work. I now see the icon for the RIO 300, which I didn't before, but when I click on the RIO 300 icon it brings up a pop-up window that says, "Cannot create plug-in 'Rio 300'". That's what happens when I click on the Rio 300 in the Plug-in Manager. If I click on the Rio 300 icon in the normal interface it actually gives me an error and shuts down Media JUKEBOX.

tdk,
Please uninstall the Rio 300 Plug-in and try one more time ( I just made another correction to the script). If it still fails, confirm for me what version of MJ you have and what Operating System and I can give more suggestions.

It's still doing the exact same thing. I'm using version 8.0.382 and I'm using Windows XP.
-
tdk,
Can you delete the Plug-in and download it one more time, I just changed one more thing that should help.

New plug in works fine here! Thanks. I'm using the one you had posted this morning.

Woho! Seems to work fine now. I'm very happy now. Thanks very much for your timely responces.
