Title: About selecting Encoding in Track info window

Hi,

In  MC  10,  in  Track  info  window,  I  can  show  pop-up  menu  to  select  encoding  by  pressing  mouse's  right-button  (a  method  is  the  same  as  in  Internet  Explorer),  namely  Unicode  (UTF-8).  It  displays  correctly  lyric.

But  now  in  MC 11,  I  cannot  do  so.

My  lyrics  are  typed  in  Vietnamese.
I  tried  to  modify  files  Lyrics.html:  I  changed  "charset=windows-1252"  into  "charset=utf-8".  But  it  did  not  display  words  correctly  in  my  language  (Vietnamese).

So,  in  MC  11
1:  How  can  I  select  encoding  in  Track  info ?
2:  or  if  MC 11  does  not  allow  this,  then  this  support  could  be  a  request  in  next  build  of  MC ?
