Use NSLOOKUP and you will see that both DNS entries have the same IP.

Remember that all your firewall software really knowns is IP addresses and port numbers.

So I would take a guess that it's asked WinSock what hosts are there at IP 198.73.82.140 and it's shown the first one in the list.
