Title: importing muisc files into mc11

I need advice on importing music into mc11, i have tried to import thru mc11 and window explorer but it wont add. Is anyone else having this  problem. Any suggestion most wellcome.  :)

What type files (MP3, FLAC, other)?
Where are the files (local drive, Network share, Firewire drive)?

What happens when you import?
