How do I get standard Windows app appearence on MC? Thanks.

You can't, but there are many skins.  Some get very close.

Thanks, but I cannoot find that WinDozeClassic skin in or downloadable for MC 11.

You can use the skins from the proposed thread.  They are compatible with MC 11.

I spoke to soon - some controls are mising e.g. the Action Window minimise button.

Is this skin (WindozeClassic) official?

nope...it's user made...night wanna try contacting the author or try posting on the thread it was in
