I can to  use media center with my iriver H320? ( if yes ,in which way ?)
a plug-in for iriver it's possible ?

Presuming the H320 appears to your PC as a fixed drive, go  to Tools->Options->Handheld->Configure remote and fixed drives and browse to your H320. Give it a name and then you should be able to use it in MC.
