Title: hh_... error

running 9.1 media center

when I try to connect a 3rd gen ipod I get a little box with hh_... up top and a red X and the OK click option.  no error message.

can someone help me?

also, I already tried reinstalling MC 9

Try restoring the iPod using the iPod updater software available from Apple.
