Hello,
I just installed my new machine, and I'm trying to restore my license. I went at https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi as instructed in the email, put in my registration code and it gave me a page with the license file.
So far so good.
But now when I try to install it I get a message saying: "Your license file has expired." and asking me to restore the license using my registration code.
I tried once again, with the same result, except now I've wasted two restore tokens instead of one.
I'm running winxp pro + sp2. My version of Media Center is 10.0.173.
Anybody has any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks!

Please try using IE.

JimH:
Thanks for the reply. I tried with IE, but unfortunately with the same results.
I should note, in case I wasn't clear enough in the first post, that each time I tried to restore the license I was able to download the license file. It's Media Center that won't accept it, the web page seems to be working fine.
The license's filename is "Media Center10-54993.mjr" and it looks like this:
JRiver, Inc. Media Center 10
--begin-product-info--
Vendor:JRiver, Inc.
Product:Media Center
Version:10
--end-product-info--
--begin-license--
[snip mime64 data]
--end-license--
Any other ideas?
Thanks again!

Oops! I just solved my problem and now I feel quite stupid... The date on my computer was one month in advance of the current time, so of course Media Center said it was expired.
Apologies for wasting your time!
