Title: "Remove from library" removes from disc list too!

It's neat that the Org Tree disc view flags files that are in the library (blue notes). But when I "Remove from Media Library", the file doesn't go back to brown notes, but disappears from the list entirely. A bug?

BTW, thankfully the file doesn't not really disappear from disc! F5 refreshes the content pane and gets the file entry back.
