Title: Ipod Mini - Initializing Error

I've read a few threads on the board and I haven't seen any that relate to my issue (if so, please forgive my indulgence).  I have installed MC11 both at home and here at work and at both locations MC immediately shuts down when I plug in my Ipod Mini during the initialization process.  Am I slow?  Am I missing something?

Do you have any of the auto sync features enabled? If so, disable them for now. Does MC shut down when you click on the iPod in the tree? If so, using Explorer, browse on your iPod to the iPod_Control\iTunes folder and look for a file called iTunesDB. Delete it and then rerun MC. MC should work but will not recognize your files. You will then need to right click on the iPod and either Initialize (you will lose all your content on the iPod) or do a 'Rebuild database on iPod'.
