Title: change library from command line?

Is it possible to tell MC11 to switch to a different library from the command line?

As in, I need to import a track into a specific library, which might not be the one currently in use.

#1:  Unfortunately not.  It has been asked for before, but didn't make it into 11.  Hopefully next time....

#2:  I don't think so, but someone else might know more.  See #1.
