Title: receiving error # 31 in j rivers media center 11.0.309

  can any one help
  i am running j rivers media center 11.0.309 i keep getting a critical error message  error #31 how do i solve this  :-[ :-[

Try re-installing your license.

hi
installed mc 11 again but with the same results still getting error 31
how do i run it once with power user priveleges for the first time & how to activate mcmimeman.exe
