Title: Maintain folder structure with handhelds

I have all my music in APE on a server. In order to avoid a lengthy conversion process every time when I am synching files with my ipod, I would like to store all songs on a separate hardrive converted into mp3. However, when I define the harddrive as a handheld device, the entire folder structure is being lost.

Is there a way from my ape server to create an mp3 copy to a harddrive AND keeping the folder structure?
