Hi,
I guess this is a problem with 11.309 since everything was working fine before. I use two different iPods with MC and I can't set the option to sync data for only one of them. Whenever I check or uncheck the option, it becomes checked/unchecked for both players. Actually, as I just realized, same thing with the 'delete unselected files during synchronization option'.

Did you manually configure your two iPods or did you let MC autodetect them?

I *think* I configured them manually. Could that make a difference? I'm ready to reset the devices and let MC detect them if it can help.
-
here's the update: after I reset the devices I can't let MC autodetect the two iPods. After I do it for the first iPod, it can't recognize the second one as a different device. It just tries to use whatever configuration I have just set up for the first iPod.
Tried to install them manually again after resetting the devices within MC options, but no success: I still can't individualize settings for each iPod.
Any thoughts?

Yes. Sorry, it is a bug. It is fixed going forward. For now, be careful to not switch the combobox between the devices, MC has trouble remembering the settings. Select your device, set the settings and close the dialogue. You can manually edit the setting in the registry, but that is a pain.

thanks steve, I think I just won't sync data waiting for the bug fix. Anyway, I'll have to resync everything with that album art support coming... right? ;)

Right :)

Topic: can't individualize 'sync data' option
Is this one fixed in 11.1.35? that would give me a good reason to finally dare downloading and trying the alpha.
-
That should be fixed. I would wait and download the next build rather than 35 as 35 has an issue with playlists that also shouldb be fixed in the next build.

I'll be good: I'll wait.

Thanks.
