Hello,
I have been using MC9 for a few years with a 2nd gen iPod and I just upgraded to the 60 gig Photo (sick of managing to 20 gigs plus I'm adding the car adapter to my car and only the new iPods are supported). Anyway, I am wondering how MC11 handles the upgrade-- will I need to rebuild the library? Will MC9 need to be unistalled? I have been having trouble with the cover art feature in MC9-- can I ask MC11 to look up cover art?
My wife has a Shuffle, so I guess I am stuck for a while with iTunes, which hangs my computer every time I try to sync with my new Photo.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark

I guess the cover art download system in MC9 is obsolete. MC11 works as usual.
Cover art support for iPod Photo is a work in progress:

You cannot have MC9 and MC11 installed at the same time. The Windows registry settings would be conflicting. You should uninstall MC9 before installing MC11.
I have tested upgrading from MC9 to MC11. I posted my findings and some "safe upgrade" instructions in this thread: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=27914.0
