Title: Media Jukbox doesn't play Real Audio

Hi,

I have Media Jukebox ver 8.0.382 and
RealOne Player ver. 2.0 (build 6.0.11.818).
Both are the very latest versions of the
software.

However when I try to play any Real Media
file (or stream) with Media Jukebox it will
say:
"Cannot determine the version of Real
Networks Real Player. Real Networks Real
Player version 6.0 or above must be
installed..." etc.

Certainly RealOne Player ver. 2.0 is above
the version 6.0 of Real Player. So what's
the problem? Anyone can help?

 I followed the lead implied by the above thread (Realplayer v8 + MJ8.0.382), and I get an error message "RealPlayer: server alert" whenever I clik on a "RAM" streaming audio thread(?)

J river is working thru the problems that Real Networks Is creating with there Reprograming Of there Latest builds Of Real One.

It may take some time to work thru the problems they are creating.
