Title: Image Files and MOV files

I'm trying to add an image file to my MOV files so I can tell what each one is about. If I open the file in QuickTime I can copy the first frame to the clipboard. Then in MC I can paste the image to the file. Does a MOV file have tags that the image is saved to like the mp3s? Or does it only go to the coverart folder?   I have a problem with that because the name of the file is a version of the date (since the artist and album fields are not filled out).   If I have two files from the same day then they overwrite each other.....
      It seems that music and MOV file need to be handled differently, or we need more options for image names/locations. 
      I know I could copy the file, paste it somewhere, rename it, then link it, but that is alot of steps for alot of files.
      Any ideas?

Another question.  Is there a way to copy an image from the playing now, so I don't have to open the file in Quicktime to get the image?
