Title: media centre 11, licence problems!!

please can someone help?ive bought mc 11 but when my pc crashed
ans i restarted it my license key is not valid!ive tried to restore it on the restore
page by putting in the email address i used when i bought but it says
it doesnt know it!what do i do now?i paid by credit card ,so i can show
i bought it.  I need my original product key that was emailed to me when
first bought it.

Your e-mail name when you purchased had a dot in the first part, as in:

first.lastname@hotm....

I've changed it to the one in your message.
