Title: Can the Library Browser view be edited (like a View Scheme)?
Post by: lalittle on September 15, 2005, 05:16:18 pm
Can the "Library Browser" be edited like a View scheme?  I'd like to be able to make some tracks invisible to a particular library that's loaded WITHOUT actually removing the files from the library (so that these tracks can still be viewed via a specific view scheme.)  I am able to do this with the View Schemes by simply editing them and adding the appropriate rules, but it seems like the Library Browser is "fixed" and does not allow this.  Is this the case, or is there some way to edit the Library Browser view?

Thanks,

Larry

Does anybody have any info on this?  So far, I am unable to figure out how to it, but given MC's typical "ultra-configurability," it seems like there would be a way of altering the view for the Library Browser.  If there is not, could someone please let me know so I can stop looking?

Thanks,

Larry

No, it is not configurable. I see it as a starters view mode for newbies. It doesn't satisfy me. Here is what I would like to have: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=29607.msg204251#msg204251
