Title: Strange behavior: www.cd-covers.com becomes my local media server!

This is the weirdest thing. When i browsed over to http://www.cd-covers.com/ i found my local media server pages. From here i could control my local MC 11. I have not started any server on this machine.
Can anyone explain this?

Open a browser and enter this:

localhost

You should see the same thing.

You're looking at the web server that is running inside MC.  It's called RemoteServer and it's configured under MC /Tools/Options/Startup.

My guess is that you've got something set in your local hosts file to direct certain web sites to localhost or 127.0.0.0 (same as localhost).
