Title: MC11.0.314 Crashes when Handheld Selected

I recently purchased a Sandisk Sansa 1GB player.  MC originally identified the player but now crashes after I updated to latest version and select handheld.

The error message basically reads there was an error and a log will be created. 

An suggestions to get MC11 to recognize the player for easy transfer?

Does this device appear correctly and is it accesible in WMP?
Does this device appear to your PC as a removable or fixed drive? If so, can you drop files on it and have them be recognized by the device via Windows Explorer?

I'd like to know more about this myself.  I've found a great deal on this unit, and I wonder how it works with MJB.  Is there any chance an existing plug-in would help with it?
