I've been a very satisfied user of version 7.2.272 but lost a hard drive and had to reload windows and media jukebox. I restored the license and need to install the Lame MP3 plugin, but can't find it on the site, only the version 8 plugin.
Are the version 7 plugins still available? How can I use the version 8 plugins, or can I?
If I am satisfied with version 7, is there a compelling reason to get version 8, especially since version 9 seems to be on the horizon?
Many thanks for the help, and thanks for a great product.

If your license is named MediaJukebox7.rrg, you can download 8 and install it. It will work with a version 7 license.

It's a version 6 license. Will a version 8 license let you go to version 9 when it comes out?

The first message in this thread has some details:
http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=general;action=display;num=1033151899;start=35
but right now you can buy a v9 or a v8 license and either one will work in both programs.
If you feel adventuresome, I'd try v9.
V9 purchase is only available from v9.

Where can I purchase and download version 9? I can't seem to find the download site or info on the version.

Steve,
The Home button above will take you to a board called "Media Jukebox 9". The first thread has download info. Download first, then buy. Thanks.
