Title: Version 11.0.314 doesn't see my new iPod

I have a brand new iPod out of the box.  When I connect it to my PC the iPod gets the usual "Do not disconnect" message in the window, but WMC does not see the iPod at all.

What should I do?

Try running the iPod updater on it and then see if MC sees it.

When you say WMC, you are referring to Media Center, right?

WMC for JRiver Media Center?  That's an interesting acronym  ?
