Title: convert mp3 to bookmarkable formats
Post by: bmunroe on September 29, 2005, 08:53:31 pm
Is there a way in MC11 to convert mp3's to another format that supports bookmarks?  m4a, m4b, aac, etc.  I listen to a lot of podcasts, and currently my podcatcher/aggregator uses iTunes to convert the mp3s to AACs.

Can I do this is MC?

Thanks,

Brian

Maybe "bookmarks" is the wrong word.  I don't need chapters in my files, just a format that will remember where I left off the last time I was playing that track.

That's what i'm looking for as well and maybe some more ;)

A way to mark sections of a big mp3, that can be tagged and found just like any other track.

In your case you would [action that creates a bookmark/marker] and when you return to it later, you start off from the last track.
