Title: Prob, MJ rips cd twice, & disk not recognized

I just started using MJ 8 and have a problem with the ripper.  With half the cds, it seems to list all the songs twice minus the first song for ripping.  Is there a way to fix this?

Also, there are some cd's that aren't recognized by either programs provided to tag names to songs.  Is there any easier way to tag these songs other than to type each song in manually, twice(in MJ and outside in Windows)?
