In regard of the medium rating of my first Mega Me Skin release I did some modification on my Aluminium Skin to make it nicer . Any comment ? Is it better than before ? If you want to see the old thread click here (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=28601.0).

Black Border arounf the Action Window. (Since the skin's border is black)

Nice. Really like it. The Gold elements give it a touch of class, and a bit of a retro feel. Like an old radio or something. Did you consider making the remaining silvery parts Gold too? Just a thought.
Keep up the good work. I think a lot of folks look forward to seeing new skins arrive.

That's mean! (In a good way, of course). The 'Media Center'-text in the corner is classy!
Only flaw I can think of is that it might lack a bit in continuity between the black top and the white-goldish background of the library. However, I personally tend to like the background of the library to be a whitish color

@Peter: Please have a look on the main window control buttons, now they are gold. I think that should be enough gold for the skin ;)

@bebop: Well ... Windowblinds skins are a little bit more complicated than MC mega me skins, you know. May be when I got a better skill I'll give it a try. But for now I have to learn more how to use Photoshop to create MC skins. ;D
@Mr ChriZ: My current Marantz cd player (only 3 years old !) was my inspiration to the skin. You see, the design is timeless. ;D
@Tab: Sorry, I don't believe that the skin is compatible to other version of MC than 11.x. Specially version 8.x of MJ is to different to the current version of MC that I wouldn't expect that it could work. May be some one from JRiver can give us a hint if it's possible to use a V11 skin with a V8 Media Jukebox.

If you get bored could you possibly do a purpose built version of Negative Black?
It would be fine as it is only the + buttons are impossible to see without turning
contrast up really high! 8)

@Mr ChriZ: hm ... it doesn't seem so, that the [ + ] (expand a section) at the tree is working in the same way as the rest of a skin when it becomes negative. Sorry, it's not in my hand to change it. But, may be you can let me know what colour combination you looking for, then I'll try to create it.

I've worked it out. I took a look at Aruba which did do the negative bit on the plus buttons.
If you change the following

Sorry to bugh you again - but there;s one thing i noticed about aLuminum 2 that you might want to change::
It's beautiful overall except for when you call up the Tag Info tab .
