Title: media center installed on a different operating system?

hey i'm getting this message that's saying i got mediacenter installed on a different operating system.  is this related to installing it on ubuntu?  i can't start it up!

o btw, this is when i go back and try to run it in xp64.  :(  Help!

I was thinking, and I'll probably try this before anybody responds, but I was thinking that maybe if I go ahead and register the linux one...... hm

jim, matt, any kind words of advice on my multiboot adventure?

would anybody help?? is this because i installed on ubuntu as well? if so i find that quite ridiculous.  it does say Media Center installed on a different operating system which would lead me to believe some wierd stuff is going on.

any help?

alright i figured out my own problem!!! haha.  guess i'll post this just in case anybody else ends up messing around with their computer.

what i did is one day i played around with the 'compatibility mode' settings and set it to WinXp.  I'm running xp64.  DUH.

Well chalk one up to stupidity.
