Title: Moving a file out of MC

Hello - This seems like it should be obvious but I sure can't figure it out.  I have a music file in my MC 10 library and I want to copy it or move it to My Music files in XP.  I can't figure out how to get it out of MC.  Any help most appreciated.  Thanks.
