Title: How to get rid of unwanted thumbnails

I am trying to get the files in the cover art folder to match one for one to the albums i have. I noticed that there are thumbnails in the cover art folder for albums that i don't have anymore, is there a way to weed out all the thumbnails that aren't used anymore and delete them?
