I recently moved my files from a 160G HD to a 320 G HD. I have not been able to burn a CD since. It only burns a 1kb file onto the cd and lists each as Track 01, Track 02, etc., without the name of the file. It takes the same amount of time to burn these 1kb files onto the disc as it did when it was working properly.
I can read the files on the HD through Windows Explorer and I can play the files through MC11.
I don't know what gives. Any ideas?

are the source files .flac files?
-
I don't know what .flac files are. I am just trying to burn my music files (Media Center Files) mp3s.
Enlighten me, please.

there was a problem with flac files, which clearly does not apply to you.
Your drive...
internal or external? are you applying DSP setings to the burn? could you paste your system info into your next reply? (click help in MC, then system info, then paste into your reply)

Are you trying to burn audio cd or data cd?
what is the extension of the files on the cd?
If you are burning audio cd`s that make sense that the files are CDA files, that are, from my knoladge, only refernce to the actuall track on the cd.
Try burning data cd`s
