Title: Does dsm-320 work with mc11

I have a d link dsm-320 it works ok ish with its own software however I have some avi etc it does not play, I heard how good j river was so i downloaded the free trial.
The firmware I am using is 1.05eu the player finds the server and the menus appear but when I even select an audio track the track info is delivered to the screen but no audio and the upnp server screen is constantly erroring. Can anyone tell me if this combo should work as I would gladly purchase the software if it was a viable solution.

What kind of files are you trying to play?

It could also be a firmware version issue.

It's worth trying 11.1, available in a thread on this board.

Did you try searching for other posts on that device?

mp3 first then avi etc

Yes I have found another person with a similar problem running firmware v1.05ca
