Hi there,
I have been a loyal user since the MJ days and upgraded from MC 10 to MC 11 on 11/8/04 ($10).
After recently rebuilding my computer and reinstalling Win XP, I reinstalled MC11. 30 days later, I got a message that I needed to purchase. I tried to restore my license, but was not successful (because I accidently was using the old registration code from MC 10).
After messing around with it for a while, I finally just assumed that maybe I hadn't officially upgraded yet and needed to purchased the MC 11 upgrade for $26. Immediately after my purchase, when I recieved my receipt by email, I realized that I already had purchased MC 11, and the registration code was there in an old email from you.
So now I feel stupid...but any chance I could have that second purchase taken off my credit card?
Thanks,
Brian Morgan

It would make a nice Christmas present for someone. You could make a gift certificate and change the associated email address. Though, I think that would change your other registrations too.
Seriously, I think JRiver has been able to help in similar situations previously, but you have to wait for an official answer.

Today seems to be the day for mail trouble. I re-sent it, double check your spam folders/spam filters etc. It's coming from me at jriver.com. I digitally sign my e-mail so there is a small attachment (which conceivably could cause someone to filter the e-mail, though I've never heard of this happening).

Yep...Outlook 2003 filtered it. Thanks for the speedy help!
